There were many tribes in the iroquios nation, 5 to be exact. The original homeland of the Iroquois was in upstate New York between the Adirondack Mountains and Niagara Falls. There was the onondaga, seneca, mohawk, onieda, and cayuga which made up the nation originally but later a sixth tribe was added to the nation.
