Where can one research American Indian history, from an American Indian point of view?

We try to be as objective as we can in our brief "encyclopedic" descriptions, but History is just that; the good, the bad, and sometimes the Ugly.  Native American tribes have been exposed to diseases and suffered at the hands of European settlers, and other Native American tribes.  In our effort to share historical knowledge, we often have to walk the line between political opinion and historical fact, no matter what we may feel on a personal level.  Human nature is unfortunately self-destructive, so all we can hope to do is learn more about ourselves through our past to shape a better future; after all, information is power.
